Channel Picker FAQ

The application opens, but pressing the "start" button does nothing.

Please be sure that the Wi-Spy is plugged in and functioning properly.  When Channel Picker opens, the "start" button turns into a "stop" button.  After you have walked the perimeter of the location, of where you'd like to install an access point, press stop, and it will give you a five star rating.
