900 MHz WISPY will this cover the European 860-868 MHz >ISM band as well , otherwise please bear this frequency range in mind

We are shooting for a mid-September launch of the 5GHz version.  It is too early in the development cycle of the 900MHz version to speculate on a schedule yet.
